Zombies!!! 13: DEFCON Z (2014)

About this game

Zombies!!! 13: DEFCON Z is all about retaliation, with the military, the CDC, and others finally starting to mobilize against the zombie threat. As part of that effort, they try to recruit people with the most experience cutting through zombie legions — and that's you and your fellow players, the survivors who have lived out there in the shambler-infested wilds all these years. Zombies!!! 13: DEFCON Z is both a standalone game and an expansion for Zombies!!!.

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 2 to 6.
• Rules load. At 2.0/5 this is a mid-weight game — expect a proper rules explanation before you start.
• Age. The publisher suggests 12 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
