About this game
Taking on the roles of shop owners in the Moroccan marketplace, players buy various shops, as color-coded tourists in the form of neat little wooden people in hats start showing up at the entry gate. Players can then move them into their own like-colored shops to earn money or move them into opponents' shops for a share of the profits. After all the tourists have been placed onto the board, the player with the biggest bankroll takes the victory. This game combines some great auction elements with spatial relationships for an appealing overall effect. Does it fit your group?
- Group size. Works with 3 to 4.
- Rules load. At 2.2/5 this is a mid-weight game — expect a proper rules explanation before you start.
- Age. The publisher suggests 12 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
