Asterix & Obelix Mau Mau (2015)

About this game

Romans and wild boars are about to be given a bad deal because the Gauls are here and they want to have fun — and what better way to do that than with a well-maintained Roman brawl, followed by a boar fest? Asterix & Obelix Mau Mau is based on Mau Mau, with magic potions and wild boar hunting showing up to surprise Mau Mau veterans. Whoever best proves to have Gallic cunning and clout wins!

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 2 to 4.
• Rules load. At 1.5/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
• Age. The publisher suggests 8 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
