About this game
A Japanese card game (playable with a standard poker deck) alternately known at "Kakumei" (Revolution), Daihinmin is a game for 4 or 5 players (although any number between 3 and 6 can play). The game is a card "climbing" game, and the "revolution" aspect is that the value of the best card can be reduced to worthlessness in a single trick. Does it fit your group?
- Group size. Works with 3 to 6.
- Rules load. At 1.3/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
- Age. The publisher suggests 8 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
