Boufbowl (2018)

About this game

Boufbowl is a fast-paced sport games played with cards that features Krosmaster-like figures. Each player controls five figures and has three movements to use as they want during their turn, and one action to do: pass or tackle. By playing cards, they can take additional actions. Will you focus on scoring touchdowns, or crushing opposing players? The ten miniatures included in the game are compatible with Krosmaster Arena.

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Strictly 2 players — no more, no fewer.
• Rules load. At 2.3/5 this is a mid-weight game — expect a proper rules explanation before you start.
• Age. The publisher suggests 10 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
