Pandaï (2019)

About this game

Be the fastest to make four panda babies, watch out for tigers, and enjoy ! At the beginning of his turn, a player moves one of his pandas one space in any direction. If he meets a rival panda, he gets him out. Then the player adds a card on the square he arrives if there is no card. He draws a forest card or a plain card and he applies its effect. The fruits cards allow to play an other panda, to jump over the porcupines to move faster and to look for the pandaïs to make babies.

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 2 to 4.
• Rules load. At 1.5/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
• Age. The publisher suggests 7 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
