Chocobo Party Up! (2019)

About this game

The Chocobo pals need your help! Lead your Chocobos into the forest and bring the cute little pals to safety! In Chocobo Party Up!, a game with original artwork by Toshiyuki Itahana and adorable wooden pieces, you need to use all of your cleverness, courage, and a sprinkle of luck to emerge victorious! Move your Chocobos carefully to protect and guide the pals while relying on the power of friend cards to surprise your opponents. Be the first to gather six Chocobo pals in your nest to win!

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 2 to 4.
• Rules load. At 1.5/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
• Age. The publisher suggests 10 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
