Uxmal (2019)

About this game

The priests of an ancient city have agreed to honor their idols by building the Uxmal Pyramid. However, only one of them will be given the reputable title of High Priest. In order to become the most renowned priest, players must honor the Gods by praying to them and garnering their favor. Be careful, though, as their influence is unsteady and prone to change, and rivals won't hesitate to curse idols in order to hinder everyone's climb to power in Uxmal! —description from the publisher

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 2 to 4.
• Rules load. At 2.0/5 this is a mid-weight game — expect a proper rules explanation before you start.
• Age. The publisher suggests 10 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
