About this game
This game is based on the French TV Game Show "Fort Boyard". Fort Boyard' is a real fort located on the west coast of France, built to protect the arsenal of Rochefort and finished 1857. Later used as a prison. Players examine rooms to get keys with which they can open at the end of the game a chest filled with gold. Some keys are obtainable by answering questions or solving riddles, other keys only by physical challenges. A timer rises tension to fulfill the quests.
Does it fit your group?
- Group size. Works with 2 to 6.
- Rules load. At 1.0/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
- Age. The publisher suggests 8 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
