Elf: Snowball Showdown (2020)

About this game

Join Buddy the Elf in a surprise snowball fight! "Throw" a set of likecolored snowball cards at another player and they can return fire! When you're the target, roll the jumbo snowball dice to dodge the icy barrage. When you get hit, take a snowball "splat" card-three hits and you're out. In this frigid fight, the last elf standing wins! —description from the publisher

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 3 to 6.
• Rules load. At 1.0/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
• Age. The publisher suggests 6 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
