Ruin (2008)

About this game

From the Manufacturer: Ruin A ruthless race to fortune and glory Ruin is a ruthless race for fortune and glory toward the center of an ancient Mayan ruin. Players move through and around an unpredictable and interchangeable game board. The very unique 3-dimensional game board allows you to change the path on every turn as game cards actually insert directly into the board. You decide whether to change the path to help yourself or thwart your opponents. Beware, great power and trickery have always been attributes of the Ancient Mayan Legend.

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 2 to 4.
• Rules load. At 1.6/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
• Age. The publisher suggests 10 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
