Log Jam (2008)

About this game

From the manufacturer's website: The busy beaver has built a beautiful dam out of logs, but his pesky neighbors keep trying to snatch them away while he's not looking. Be careful when skillfully removing the logs, as the pile might suddenly cave in! When he falls, you'll hear the beaver chattering his annoyance. Who'll be able to collect the most logs unnoticed? Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 1 to 4. It has a designed solo mode.
• Rules load. At 1.2/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
• Age. The publisher suggests 4 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
