Ploc (2023)

About this game

Every year, the two villages of Plockton and Broadford send their best athletes to compete in tug-of-war. Each village prepares well to win the duel. Ploc is a fast-paced dice game for two players. The athletes must be used at the right moment to show their strength when it counts. Taking risks is also necessary to leave the field as winners. The player who still has athletes on the field at the end of two matches wins. —description from the publisher

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Strictly 2 players — no more, no fewer.
• Rules load. No complexity score has been recorded for this one.
• Age. The publisher suggests 8 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
