BLOT (2024)

About this game

BLOT is a trick-taking game where you have to make offerings to the Nordic (or Celtic) gods to win their favor for 4 rounds. The cards you've played are placed face-up, so the game is very accessible. Be clever with your offerings, as the gods' favors can change your score each round.

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 2 to 5.
• Rules load. At 2.7/5 this is a mid-weight game — expect a proper rules explanation before you start.
• Age. The publisher suggests 10 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
