DCeased: Gotham City Outbreak (2024)

About this game

The streets of Gotham were never the safest place. But now that Darkseid’s Anti-Life Equation has been unleashed, it’s not pickpockets and thugs you have to worry about. It’s the zombie hordes and Zombie Heroes. DCeased – A Zombicide Game: Gotham City Outbreak puts players in the role of the last uninfected Super Heroes fighting against Zombie Heroes and the zombie hordes, controlled by the game itself. The outbreak has created some rather unlikely allies, but extreme times call for extreme measures. Players must work together and use their special abilities to their max in order to survive the meaner streets of Gotham.

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 1 to 4. It has a designed solo mode.
• Rules load. At 2.5/5 this is a mid-weight game — expect a proper rules explanation before you start.
• Age. The publisher suggests 14 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
