America's Cup (2003)

About this game

America's Cup is a sailboat racing simulation that is based on its namesake race. Players maneuver their boats around the racecourse using a hand of movement cards. Metal boats are included with interchangeable sails. The rules describe a basic family game version, and an advanced simulation version of the game.

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 2 to 6.
• Rules load. At 2.8/5 this is a mid-weight game — expect a proper rules explanation before you start.
• Age. The publisher suggests 13 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
