Portable Adventures: Lair of the Rat-King (2003)

About this game

Humorous fantasy card game where the object is to be the first to acquire 7 Adventure Points. You have Me Characters, Characters, Encounters, Stuff, Adventures, and Events cards. Can be combined with other Portable Adventures sets to make it even more humorous.

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 2 to 4.
• Rules load. At 1.4/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
• Age. The publisher suggests 13 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
