The game highlights cavalry vs. infantry fighting. Game includes a 17" by 22" map, which depicts the area of southern New Mexico over which the battle was fought, 100 diecut counters and rules. Errata for the game found in Issue #143 of ‘’Strategy & Tactics’’ magazine.
Does it fit your group?
- Group size. Strictly 2 players — no more, no fewer.
- Rules load. At 3.4/5 this is a mid-weight game — expect a proper rules explanation before you start.
- Age. The publisher suggests 12 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
