Age of Napoleon (2003)

About this game

Age of Napoleon is a two-player game for the Napoleonic times, an era of military conquests and diplomatic rivalries. One player represents France and its allies, the other the Coalition led by Britain. The game contains two shorter scenarios starting in 1809 and 1813. Events are represented by cards.

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Strictly 2 players — no more, no fewer.
• Rules load. At 3.2/5 this is a mid-weight game — expect a proper rules explanation before you start.
• Age. The publisher suggests 12 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
