Nya Finans (1965)

About this game

Nya Finans is a real-estate game, where players start with low capital and collect sets of properties and invest to industry. Player visits the bank for gathering fortune by buying bonds and shares, building houses, hotels and factories. The wealthier player wins, so players can beforehand decide how rich player should become to win, and that affects the gaming time.

Does it fit your group?

• Group size. Works with 2 to 6.
• Rules load. At 1.8/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
• Age. The publisher suggests 8 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
