About this game

A version of poker where cards are placed in slots on a board. The idea must have been tried after someone realised the Edwardian mania for a game called Poker Patience could be brought up to date. And this does the job. Includes rules for several games such as Honeymoon, Quick-Draw and Mayhem. As Lucille says on the box "Caution! This game may be habit forming."

• Group size. Works with 1 to 2. It has a designed solo mode.
• Rules load. At 1.2/5 this is a light game — explain it in a few minutes, good for a table that has not played much.
• Age. The publisher suggests 10 and up. That rates the rules rather than the artwork, so judge the box yourself for younger players.
